Just a short note to tell you that Grace thought the cake was "awesome" and it tasted really good too.

You recently made my son's wedding cake, 25th October 2008. I would like to THANK YOU. The cakes were fantastic, the fruit layer was the best fruit cake I've tasted, and I've tasted a few. My son loved the chocolate layer to bits. The cake was wonderfully decorated and was a beautiful addittion to the reception. Again I thank you for the time and effort you put into the wedding cake.

This is the first opportunity I've had since picking up my mum's birthday cake on the 13th December to say thank you very much for such a delicious cake. She was thrilled to bits with it, as were we, and even more so when we cut into it and tasted it. Everyone enjoyed it and there was plenty left for it to last over Christmas too. Just spoke to my mum in the last few days as she's been away over the holidays and she says it tastes even better now than on the day.
Thanks again and if we ever need a fruit cake in the future we'll know where to come and will definitely recommend you to all. Hope you have a very happy and healthy 2009.
